2. Wholesale Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): We may require MOQs depending on the product line.

Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment is received (as per agreement).

Changes/Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelled.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GPB and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated. Late payments may incur a fee or lead to account suspension.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

LuxeLuke ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external circumstances.

Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch or upon receipt, depending on the shipping terms agreed.
5. Returns & Damages

Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Damages or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and condition.
