2. Wholesale Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): We may require MOQs depending on the product line.

• Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment is received (as per agreement).

• Changes/Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GPB and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated. Late payments may incur a fee or lead to account suspension.

• Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch or upon receipt, depending on the shipping terms agreed.

• Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and condition.
